Bartender Role

Role Overview
As a Bartender, you will be responsible for preparing and serving beverages and cocktails while maintaining high service standards and ensuring an excellent guest experience throughout each shift. This role suits candidates with previous experience in hotels, resorts, cocktail bars, or fine dining environments who are comfortable working in a fast-paced hospitality setting.
Key Responsibilities
- Prepare and serve cocktails, beverages, and drinks according to service standards
- Deliver friendly, professional, and customer-focused service
- Assist guests with drink recommendations and menu suggestions
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area throughout operations
- Prepare the workstation and bar setup before shifts
- Monitor stock levels and report shortages when necessary
- Work closely with the restaurant and service teams to ensure smooth operations
- Follow hygiene, safety, and presentation standards at all times
- Handle billing and cash transactions when required
Requirements
- Minimum 2 years of experience as a Bartender in hotels, resorts, restaurants, or cocktail bars
- Good knowledge of cocktail preparation and beverage service
- Good level of English communication skills
- Professional attitude and customer-oriented mindset
- Ability to work under pressure and as part of a team
- Flexibility to work shifts, weekends, and seasonal schedules
