“Candidate” refers to any individual submitting personal data, CVs, or applications through our website or associated tools.
“Client” refers to companies or organisations seeking candidates through our recruitment services.
“Services” refers to recruitment-related activities, including job listings, candidate sourcing, and communication facilitation.
2. Services Provided
2.1 For Candidates
Zimax Talent provides candidates with access to job opportunities, guidance during recruitment processes, and the ability to submit CVs or expressions of interest for relevant roles.
2.2 For Clients
Zimax Talent assists clients by sourcing, screening, and presenting suitable candidates for open positions.
2.3 Recruitment Purpose Only
All information collected is used solely for recruitment-related purposes and handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
3. No Guarantee of Employment
Zimax Talent does not guarantee:
- - Employment.
- - Interviews.
- - Job offers.
- - Placement outcomes.
Submitting a CV, applying for a role, or being contacted by Zimax Talent does not create an obligation for Zimax Talent or any employer to proceed with hiring.
4. Recruitment Intermediary Disclaimer
Zimax Talent acts solely as a recruitment intermediary.
- - We are not the employer.
- - We do not make final hiring decisions.
- - All employment offers, contracts, salaries, and conditions are determined exclusively by the hiring company.
- - No employment relationship is created between candidates and Zimax Talent.
5. Candidate Responsibilities
Candidates agree to:
- - 5.1 Provide accurate, truthful, and up-to-date information.
- - 5.2 Ensure submitted CVs and details are their own.
- - 5.3 Understand that information may be shared with employers only when relevant to a role.
- - 5.4 Acknowledge that submitting information does not guarantee job placement or interviews.
Zimax Talent is not responsible for decisions made by employers based on the candidate's information.
6. Client Responsibilities
Clients agree to:
- - 6.1 Provide lawful, accurate, and non-discriminatory job information.
- - 6.2 Comply with applicable employment and labour laws.
- - 6.3 Inform Zimax Talent when roles are filled or no longer available.
Zimax Talent reserves the right to remove or refuse job listings that do not meet legal or ethical standards.
7. Data Usage & Privacy
Personal data is collected and processed in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
By using our services, you acknowledge that:
- - Data may be shared with relevant employers.
- - Data is used strictly for recruitment purposes.
- - You may request data access or deletion at any time.
8. External Tools & Third Parties
Zimax Talent may use third-party tools, e.g. email services, external forms, to collect or process applications.
We are not responsible for the privacy practices or technical performance of third-party platforms, which are governed by their own policies.
9. Job Listings & Accuracy
While we strive for accuracy:
- - Zimax Talent does not guarantee the availability or completeness of job listings.
- - Roles may change or be withdrawn without notice.
- - We are not liable for outdated or modified listings provided by clients.
10. Fees & Payments
10.1 Candidates: Our services are free for candidates, unless explicitly stated otherwise.
10.2 Clients: Our services involve fees for clients, which will be agreed separately with clients.
Failure to pay agreed fees may result in service suspension.
11. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Zimax Talent is not liable for:
- - Indirect or consequential damages.
- - Lost opportunities.
- - Employer decisions.
- - Data loss caused by third-party systems.
Our liability, if any, is limited to the amount paid for services.
12. Indemnification
Candidates and clients agree to indemnify and hold harmless Zimax Talent from claims arising from:
- - False information provided.
- - Breach of these Terms.
- - Legal violations related to their actions.
13. Termination of Use
Zimax Talent reserves the right to suspend or terminate access to services at any time, including in cases of misuse, false information, or legal risk.
14. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms at any time. Continued use of the website constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
15. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of Greece / EU, and disputes are subject to the jurisdiction of the Greek courts.
