Danish-speaking Customer Service Representatives to join international teams supporting well-known global brands across industries like e-commerce, tech support, fintech, gaming, and travel. Role Overview

As a Danish Customer Service Representative, you will support customers through voice, non-voice, or backend channels, depending on the project. You will handle customer inquiries, provide accurate information, and ensure a positive customer experience. You will work in a supportive, multicultural environment that values teamwork, communication, and personal growth.

Key Responsibilities

  • Handle customer inquiries via phone, email, chat, or backend systems, depending on the role
  • Provide clear, professional, and friendly support in Danish
  • Resolve customer issues efficiently while following company guidelines
  • Accurately document customer interactions and outcomes
  • Collaborate with team members and supervisors to improve service quality
  • Meet quality and performance standards set by the project
  • Maintain a customer-focused and solution-oriented approach at all times

Qualifications

  • Native-level or C1 Danish language skills
  • English level B2 or higher
  • No previous customer service experience required
  • Strong communication and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment
  • Basic computer skills and willingness to learn new systems
  • Professional attitude with a customer-first mindset

What We Offer

  • Salary range of €1,300 to €1,500 gross per month, depending on the role
  • Full-time fixed-term contract
  • On-site, hybrid, or fully remote roles available within Greece
