Housekeeping Staff Role
We are currently hiring Housekeeping Staff for a seasonal hospitality role in Rhodes, Greece. Role Overview
As part of the Housekeeping team, you will help keep guest rooms and hotel areas clean, organised, and ready for guests each day. Your work will play an important role in creating a comfortable and positive guest experience. You will follow clear daily routines, work as part of an international team, and support the smooth running of hotel operations.
Key Responsibilities
- Clean and prepare guest rooms according to hotel standards
- Change bed linen and towels
- Clean bathrooms and assigned public areas
- Refill guest amenities and room supplies
- Follow hygiene, safety, and cleaning procedures
- Keep work areas organised and ready for daily operations
- Work independently and as part of the housekeeping team
Requirements
- Previous experience in housekeeping, hotel cleaning, or similar cleaning roles
- Reliable, organised, and detail-oriented attitude
- Ability to work independently and within a team
- Basic English communication skills
- Physically fit and comfortable with daily cleaning tasks
- EU passport required
- Flexibility to work seasonal schedules
