Inside Sales Representative

Role Overview
As an Inside Sales Representative, you will be responsible for managing a portfolio of existing and potential customers, driving sales opportunities, and supporting business growth within your assigned territory. Working closely with commercial and cross-functional teams, you will engage with customers primarily through phone, email, and virtual meetings, helping to build strong relationships and deliver excellent customer experiences. Key Responsibilities
- Manage and develop relationships with existing and prospective customers within your assigned territory
- Identify and develop new business opportunities through proactive customer engagement
- Promote products and services through phone, email, and virtual communication channels

- Build strong customer relationships and maintain a high level of customer satisfaction
- Collaborate with field sales teams and internal departments to support business objectives
- Manage customer information and activity records through CRM systems

- Resolve customer inquiries and complaints professionally and efficiently
- Participate in training programs, sales meetings, and development initiatives

Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Life Sciences, or a related field
- Minimum 1 year of experience in sales, inside sales, business development, or customer-facing commercial roles
- Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
- Strong negotiation and objection-handling abilities
- Self-motivated with a proactive and results-oriented mindset
- Ability to learn new products, systems, and processes quickly
- Strong organisational and time-management skills
- Professional attitude with a commitment to customer satisfaction
- Fluency in Greek and English
- Previous experience using CRM platforms such as Salesforce is a plus
- Experience in healthcare, medical devices, pharmaceuticals, or related industries is a plus
- Experience in opportunity qualification, pipeline management, or account development is a plus
