Occupational Health Nurse
We are currently hiring an Occupational Health Nurse for a full-time role in Athens, Greece. This opportunity is part of the development of an Ergonomics team and is focused on strengthening workplace health services provided at client facilities. This role is suitable for licensed Nurses who have experience providing first aid, supporting clinic operations, and working independently in a professional workplace environment.
Role Overview
As an Occupational Health Nurse, you will provide nursing coverage for routine and emergency incidents involving company employees, support clinic administration, and assist with daily health-service reporting. You will work in client facilities and support the smooth operation of workplace health services, ensuring that incidents are handled professionally and that any equipment or material shortages are reported promptly.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide nursing coverage for routine and emergency incidents involving company employees
- Provide first aid when required
- Support the daily administrative operation of the clinic
- Inform department heads about shortages, deficiencies, or malfunctions in equipment and materials
- Prepare daily visit reports
- Support ad hoc health-service activities when needed
- Work independently and responsibly without the need for constant direct supervision
- Communicate clearly with employees, department heads, and relevant stakeholders
- Follow internal procedures and workplace health standards
Requirements
- Valid nursing license
- At least 1 year of experience as a Nurse
- Experience in providing first aid
- Strong organisational skills
- Good communication skills
- Ability to work autonomously without the need for personal and direct supervision
- Professional attitude and responsible approach to workplace health services
- Availability for full-time employment in Athens, Greece
